Manuel Manga

Manuel Manga is an organizational design consultant and leadership coach with international experience consulting to large and small organizations. He has consulted throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and Europe to both private and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Manga's work enhances leadership, organizational effectiveness and the development of learning communities. He offers expertise in leadership development, management skills, valuing diversity, strategic conversations and coordination of people and projects, team building, systems thinking, mental models, and learning organizations. As a facilitator and coach, he brings an awareness of diversity, multi-cultural issues, and an understanding of human dynamics. In a sense all of his work is about human and organizational transformation.

Mr. Manga has worked with Conoco, Chrysler, Givaudan, The World Bank, BankBoston, Ben & Jerry's, Plan International, Import Products, Grupo Maseca, UNDP, Genzyme. He has coached executives and leaders at Conoco, Cemex, UNDP, Import Products, Grupo Maseca, Bank Boston, DEC, Plan International and others.
He was a speaker on leadership and learning systems at the III International conference on organizational learning in Recife, Brasil. He has facilitated Valuing Diversity programs for the city of Cambridge, BankBoston, State Street Bank, and the Society for Organizational Learning. He facilitated Chase Manhattan Bank's vision and values sessions for their Latin American offices.

Previously, Mr. Manga worked as a human resource manager, management and organizational consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he trained manufacturing and engineering managers in leading technical organizations, principles of quality management, managing performance, and building effective teams. During his eleven years at Digital Equipment Corporation, he received several awards, including the Excellence Award for Management Education.

Prior to his work at DEC, Mr.Manga worked as a clinical psychologist in the Boston area, where he practiced individual and group therapy.

Mr. Manga holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanistic Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Education in Community Psychology from Boston University He completed the Ontological Design Course and the Learning Organization/ five disciplines core course. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type indicator. He has been on the certification board with www.newventureswest.com. He is a member of SoL, The Society for Organizational Learning.

Lisa Zayas

With over 20 years of experience, eleven as an independent consultant. Lisa has vast experience managing multiple corporate projects such as: B2B, Internal communications, crisis management and product launching as well as offering training in effective media management for a variety of clients, industries and interests. Some examples include:

Jorge Melendez

Jorge has combined his career in communications and his certification as a Lifespring trainer to lead workshops in personal development at an individual and corporate level.

During the last 10 years he has worked with 10,000 people in workshops in countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, United States, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. 

Corporations such as IBM, Schering-Plough, Abbott Labs, Toyota, PR Chamber of Commerce, Ferrero caribe and Info-Medika have benefited from seminars and chats.  He has designed motivational workshops for national and international corporations such as IBM Colombia, Sun Microsystems, University of Puerto Rico, Shering-Plough, Abbott  and Unilever to name a few.
